ONE TO ONE COACHING
One-to-one coaching support for senior leaders such as Managing and Senior Partners, Practice Area and Sector Heads and Heads of Office either in relation to transition into role or in relation to periods of particular challenge or change
Advising in relation to options for international expansion, including the pros and cons of opening branch offices, local tie-ups, international mergers and cross-border alliances.
Designing, facilitating and/or presenting at offsite retreats for leadership groups or full partner meetings
Supporting leaders in the firm charged with business planning – including facilitation of team meetings
Working with the senior management team to review strategy (for departments, sectors or firmwide) and supporting them through the process of gaining consensus across the firm
Modular development programmes for leaders at different levels, combining group work with bespoke one-to-one coaching support on specific challenges
Interviewing key clients when the firm wishes to seek their feedback, for example, in relation to specific strategic opportunities being considered by the firm or in relation to the service they have received from the firm
EFFECTIVE OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Facilitating discussions between Directors of Business Service functions (Finance, Business Development, IT, HR) in relation to a co-ordinated approach to implementation of strategy and the optimisation of their service delivery
Reviewing roles and responsibilities of the firm’s leaders (Senior and Managing Partners, Heads of Department, Sectors and Offices) and leadership groups (Board/Partnership Council/Executive Committee)
Assisting with the development of processes compatible with a firm’s culture for the selection of leadership roles
Assisting with the development of a programme for the planned and orderly transition of partners into new lives after retirement from a firm, including one-to-one coaching support for those partners
Helping to resolve partnership issues and other workplace disputes through a combination of our training in mediation and coaching together with our Senior Partner experience.
